Birds of the Great Smoky Mountains

At the visitor center in the Smoky Mountains National Park there is a nice little area with examples of flora, fauna and birds found in the park. I took pictures of all the birds to share with you, click on the photo to enlarge...

  1. Some very nice birds there. Owls are a favorite and that kingfisher is interesting. Our Natural History museum has a room full of birds from the area. We have enjoyed visiting it over the years. Also it is interesting because of the seabirds.
