A Sad Day

May 25, 1927-September 30, 2014
Yesterday afternoon my mom passed from this life to the next. She's now home with Christ, the lover of her soul, and reunited with her family that went before her.

Things will be quiet here on the Post while we take care of her things and celebrate her life.

  3. Thinking of you all Peggy, as you know. Is that a heather and tartan trimmed sweater your mom is wearing?

  9. Oh Peggy, I'm so sorry. No matter how old we get, we always expect our parents to be the exception to the rule. No matter how old we get, it is still so hard to say goodbye. Thinking of you and your family.
