Summertime is here and that means Popsicles! Here's 12 great recipes for them!
Blueberry Vanilla Yogurt Popsicles
3 1/2 cups of low fat vanilla yogurt (or strawberry or banana...)
2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen defrosted
1 Tablespoon Honey
In small bowl, stir honey and blueberries together. Set aside.
In a blender combine blueberries and 2 cups Yogurt, blend until smooth consistency is achieved
Fill popsicle molds with 1 1/2 cups yogurt. Layer blueberry mixture on top. Freeze until popsicles are frozen through.
